JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure consistency in outcomes of divisional functions conducted by Health Management & Integration (HM&I) staff through ongoing training, monitoring, and evaluation. The incumbent will be responsible for developing quality behavioral health programs. Evaluate divisional processes to reduce corporate risk and serve as a consultant to management for improvement in overall efficiency of day-to-day operations as well as facilitating compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies. The incumbent must have a strong working knowledge of behavioral health regulations.

REPRESENTATIVE JOB DUTIES:

* Develops and delivers quality behavioral health programs

* Collaborates with operational management staff to identify and arrange for ongoing evidenced-based training within the division.

* Facilitate meetings with management and staff to assist in the development and oversight of quality improvement activities/projects within the division to identify baseline data and metrics that will allow management to report the impact and successes of department functions.
