Role synopsis The Senior Process Project Engineering Leader is a key leadership role which assists the Americas Engineering Manager in delivery of engineering objectives in the region. The role manages key capital projects for the Region through all phases of the project including scoping, cost estimating, safety reviews, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and hand-over to facility management.
Key accountabilities - Serves as manager of capital projects.
- Develops scopes for large, strategic, capital, and supply chain strategy projects to support the Lubricant Business needs.
- Has single point of accountability for leading large, general, and capital projects through all CVP stages of a project. These projects are major projects within a OU/FU that: (1) have a considerable impact on business performance, (2) materially impact the Supply Chain, (3) have very demanding schedules or (4) are highly complex, requiring well developed expertise in project leadership and...
