Position Summary
The Learning Consultant will be responsible for effective delivery of Business Specific or Professional and Leadership Development learning and development priorities.The candidate will ensure learning and development objectives are achieved through effective audience engagement, coaching and cascading the delivery strategy.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Facilitate learning via multiple vehicles, such as instructor led training (ILT), leader-led learning, self-study, blended learning and e-learning
* Brand-specific delivery content includes, but is not limited to, Service Training, Manager Certifications, Field Conferences, DM Onboarding
* Global specific delivery content includes, but is not limited to, PDI Competency Model, PDI Courses, Leadership Plus, R University & all leadership development sessions
* Facilitate knowledge transfer and behavior change to align with development goals and achieve learning objectives
* Reinforce development learnings through follow-up learning activities
* Develop and deliver train the trainer sessions to ensure effective, high-quality, consistent delivery of learning across target audience groups
