AS/400 Maintenance and System Administration:
Resolve user issues, maintain and administer AS/400. Promote Med/MC application enhancements
Assist with Helpdesk and complete assigned Service Requests:
Answer helpdesk phone and respond to user issues. Work with and complete assigned Service Requests
Qualifications
Formal Education
High school diploma/GED
2-4 year degree in computer related field
Experience
4+ years of System Configuration and Administration
Specific Certifications or Licenses:
AS/400 Operator/Administrator (preferred)
MCSE (preferred)
A+ (preferred)
Cisco (preferred)
