To apply specific business knowledge and expertise to identify Fares applications requirements and define business solutions appropriate to meet customer needs.

·        Interface with customers to determine business and fares data requirements

·        Demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times with the capability of changing direction on short notice

·        Provide clear communications to all customers and chair conference calls as required

·        Utilize detailed industry  knowledge of specific applications plus a broad knowledge of system processing and system assumptions to assess customer’s business needs for implementation to data distribution services

·        Use project management skills to plan, coordinate and oversee multiple customer implementations and data migrations at the same time in order to meet business objective to maximize customer cutover schedules and revenue earning

·        Investigate most complex customer problems and discrepancies related to data migration and customer implementations.  Determine requirements and take corrective actions or recommend changes to system processing to resolve
