Institutional Recovery Management (IRM) plays a critical role in the management of the ICG's classified portfolio, including stressed/distressed loans, trading positions and equity holdings. IRM Transactors work closely with the Businesses and Risk Managers across the ICG. We provide an objective and independent assessment of classified assets with a focus on cash flow, capital structure and valuation analysis. IRM's involvement in such situations is mandated by policy, which stresses the importance of early problem recognition and active remedial management.
IRM is comprised of over 50 employees globally, with regional heads responsible for North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and EMEA. IRM is seeking a SVP/Director for the North American group. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of managing the ICG's classified portfolio, from consultation with the Businesses to direct management and negotiation of complex restructurings.
Qualifications
