Responsibilities:

* Analyze and reproduce problems in a lab environment.
* Troubleshoot and work with appropriate teams to resolve the reported issues.
* Track all issues to closure.
* Support and maintain ATM software development lab.

Qualifications

* Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, computer science, or other related field)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
* Experience with troubleshooting problems in existing systems.
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all levels and across functions.
* 6+ years of experience with C#, .Net, Visual Basic, ClearCase, JavaScript, VBScript, DHTML.
* Good knowledge of Windows OS environment.
* Experience with integrated software/hardware development.
* 5+ years of technical experience in ATM operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.  Certified maintainer training from one or more of these ATM vendors is highly desirable.  Prefer experience with various models of both NCR and Diebold ATMs, with Hyosung experience a plus.
