Role synopsis As a member of the A/P Business Process Team, deliver business process improvements by standardizing and simplifying the existing Americas Financial Template (AFT) design. Support the AFT Design Authority and user groups to validate that business change requests align with the template vision for the AFT. Design and deliver the functional requirements for business process changes and work with IT&S to deliver the changes. Promote a rigorous change management approach that results in continuous improvement of the existing solutions and creates new opportunities for the future. Works to ensure the integrity of the process design; supports the Business Process Lead with process expertise; champions/facilitates Super User networks by identifying system/process operational issues, sharing best practices, and promoting application capability awareness.
