Ops Support Representative 1

Responsible for ensuring completeness solution/loan packages; insuring completeness of package; forwarding the solution/loan package to the closing location and following up for its return; and working with customers to resolve problems and/or answering general questions.  Duties also include performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, answering telephones, and filing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Requires 1 to 2 years of directly related work experience in customer service. Ability to deal with difficult situations and varied personalities preferred. Ability to efficiently use PC-like hardware/software, calculators and telephone system.
