The Rock Stars you see in Harmonix games are VAIN individuals. They change their hairstyle every time they go out on stage, their wardrobe has to be vast, and it's your job to make sure they look perfect for the camera and the adoring fans.
Our Senior Character Artists are masters of human anatomy, with a strong sense of fashion and how it relates to different genres of music. They share their knowledge with the art team by mentoring junior artists and keeping up with new tools and industry trends. They are creatively-charged people who help streamline the production process and continuously push the boundaries of our visual style.
Responsibilities:
* Create amazing high-poly character models with refined texture maps in 3D Studio Max and Z-Brush
* Help establish and refine character pipelines
* Work quickly and effectively and contribute to the overall progress of the character team
* Interface with other artists including the Lead, Production, and Technical artists
* Work with Producers to keep the game on track and stress-free
* Share your skills with other character modelers and technical artists
