We are currently seeking a mid-level experienced IT Support Assistant / Systems Administrator to join our growing IT department.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience working in the field of IT
*
Highly organized with great communication skills and attention to detail
*
Experience working with Microsoft Windows XP, Mac OSX in a Windows network; Microsoft Windows Server 2003; Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2003, GNU/Linux; specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
*
The ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
* Prior experience working with a help desk ticket tracking system
*
A deep understanding of networking protocols (DHCP, DNS...) and experience maintaining both wired and wireless networks
* Works will in a team environment
*
Works well under pressure
