As our Sr. Compensation Analyst, you'll seek out the best research, analyze the information, and help determine our best competitive compensation market position.
Tired of conducting salary surveys and doing little to nothing with the data to ever make a difference? Not here. We want you to develop effective compensation procedures and guidelines to ensure our base and incentive compensation programs are internally equitable and externally competitive. You'll move beyond surveys to administer compensation programs including salary administration and merit and bonus processes, and ensure accurate, efficient position reporting with our HRIS.
