Reporting COE Line of Business Manager · Olathe, KS
Will perform sophisticated, comprehensive claims operation data analysis and will be responsible for reporting projects for an entire line of business (LOB). Determines proper level of analytics required to drive critical business decisions. Manages a staff of Business Analysts in the extraction of data and running of reports. Serves as project manager for all reporting projects for the line of business. Coordinates training for LOB personnel with regard to scorecards and other reports. Frequent contact with Claims directors and VPs with regard to project status and deliver of analytics. Identifies areas of improvement based on analysis of data, and will suggest and drive new initiatives based on that analysis.
Position Requirements
Supervises assigned personnel. Directs analysis staff in the production of analytics by line of business. Serves as the project manager for LOB business intelligence projects.
