Financial Analyst · Framingham, MA
Bose Corporation is looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst to support it's Home Entertainment Divisison. The person in this role will be responsible for the preparation of decision support analyses.
The main functions include:
1. Performs complex decision analyses related to operational metrics, sourcing decisions, new product programs, and revenue forecasts. Suggest revisions to existing metrics as appropriate
2. Determine and/or review product costing for new products and new product development costs
3. Analyzes the changes in design, raw materials, production methods, etc. to determine their effect on production and development costs
4. Assist with financial analysis of product business plans, portfolio decisions and review of long-range plans
5. Provide management reports that can be used as a basis for decision making in determining the feasibility of new product programs
6. Complete ad hoc assignments as required including gross margin variance analysis, forecasts, product pricing, cost analysis.
Skills The correct candidate should be motivated, able to work independently, and have strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
