RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to analysts; help analysts write efficient SAS code; work with large databases to develop and support complex analytical, predictive modeling and forecasting models. Develop short term, as well as long term forecasts, based on trend and seasonality; translate statistical findings into actionable recommendations that lead to business growth; work with cross functional teams to implement recommendations based on business impact and technical feasibility; lead the on-going cross functional effort to optimize and measure the business impact of the recommended changes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* SAS Expertise:
o Advanced user of SAS. Must have experience in writing complex Macros
o Knowledge of SAS Stored Processes, and building of online SAS tools
o Automate reports: Generate and publish regularly scheduled reports to support business decisions
* Statistics and Quantitative Skills:
o Advanced statistical modeling expertise
o Experience in Forecasting techniques such as ARIMA Exponential Smoothing Holt winters
