Role synopsis Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM’s)have been identified by the lubricants SPU as strategically important to create growth opportunities. This role is to develop business and provide Key Account Management for one or more national or international OEM’s in region. The BDM is responsible for taking ownership of developing new business and leading the successful development and implementation of account(s) strategy and offer development as defined by the SPU’S OEM-strategy. In addition BDM is responsible for short and long term profitable growth associated with the assigned accounts. This position requires Business Development and Key Account Management skills to secure profitable partnerships covering product development projects, first fill and aftermarket sales.

This role must ensure appropriate and effective linkage to aftermarket teams in region, Business Development and Key Account Managers in other regions as well as to the Strategic Accounts team as appropriate at segment level. With...
