Procure all parts and materials needed to support operations. Analyze inventory and order as necessary to achieve quality, delivery, price, and customer requirements. Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals and review requisitions for goods and services. Negotiate purchase agreements under various DOD prime and subcontract programs including proposal support, bid preparation, and purchase order releases. Duties include daily supervision of buyers and interfacing with management and key personnel.

Ten or more years experience in material-related functions with a minimum of five years purchasing and supervisory experience. Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
