Participates as a proposal team member in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications and activities associated with the Warfighter FOCUS program primarily through Over and Above Work Requests (OAWR). Supports quick turn schedules to meet customer proposal submittals. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements to meet OAWR requirements by Coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments in the development of proposals. Develops cost models using EXCEL based pricing tools to support OAWR proposal efforts. Coordinates activities and participates in pricing reviews and fact-finding meetings. Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team where required.
Required Skills:
· Understanding of FAR/TINA
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
· 2+ years of work experience
Desired Skills: MS Project, SAP
Required Education(including Major): Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
