Senior Engineering - Stress
Reports to the Engineering Manager and will provide first line supervision to Stress Engineers. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership on engineering projects; acting as a key interface with the customer on technical issues; creating engineering estimates; developing, maintaining and achieving engineering schedules and budgets; directing work assignments; and performing personnel actions including performance management, salary and hiring recommendations, training coordination and time card administration.
The Senior Stress Engineering Supervisor is often the focal for technical discussions regarding structural analyses with internal and external customers. This requires excellent skills in customer service, presentation and written and oral communication.
