Accounts Receivable Agent - Hyatt Shared Service Center · Moore, OK
The purpose of this role is to execute the Collections activities of the HSSC Collections department to meet the terms of the HSSC agreements with Hyatt Corporate.
* Provides the following collections services for hotel properties:
* Reviewing customers' overdue balances
* Identifying write-off accounts
* Performing write-off's
* Transferring accounts to collection agencies
* Coordinating with hotels to interface with customers
* Delivering duplicate invoice copies
* Resolves customer billing disputes and escalates to supervisor as required
* Required to identify, assess, and resolve issues/problems within Collections area of responsibility
* Has high interaction with customers
* Efficiently and accurately executes tasks within Collections area
* Executes tasks and adheres to HSSC Collections Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with Global Hyatt directives
* Participates in special projects as needed
* Responds to hotel property field inquiries
Qualifications
* Associates Degree Required (or equivalent experience)
* Bachelor Degree preferred with a major in Business (or equivalent experience)
* 1-3 years of Collections experience
