Responsible for reviewing small to medium-sized legal bills and/or bills of relatively low complexity to determine compliance with Farmers Litigation Guidelines and/or the reasonableness and appropriateness ofthe charges.

Position Requirements

Review and analyze outside counsel`s billings for compliance with the Litigation Billing Guidelines. Initial review of invoices for overlapping activity dates, case information, a timekeeper summary and the legal budget, which assists the specialist in getting the necessary background of the file.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

2 years experience as a CR with litigation experience, or 2 years as a paralegal with a lawfirm.
