Seeking a sales professional with experience cultivating a business of product maintenance/support.
Major Responsibilities: The Senior SE will work closely with the Customer Business Executives, Sales Directors, and Sales Engineers to cultivate the business of product maintenance/support. The Senior SE will promote a maintenance selling culture, enhance and communicate the value of it, respond to RFXs, create tailored offerings, negotiate un-usual terms and pricing. Requirements: Previous experience in the sales of support offerings, services, and processes. Proven experience in taking part in the complete sales process, from solution, to technical, and financial perspective. Experience in working with marketing teams in the creation of durable tools for use by sales teams, including but not limited to: Documentation, ROI Calculation Tools, and PowerPoint Presentations. Experience responding to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information. Ability to understand customer need and provide custom presentations and documentation to promote Amdocs ability to me that need. Proven experience protecting existing maintenance revenue.
