1. Direct overall application of quality programs, control audits and reports, ensuring thorough completion in a timely manner to include one or more departments, and to achieve annual/strategic goals & objectives.
Manage the quality control process and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Recommend/set guidelines (in accordance with corporate policies and procedures), on the most complicated issues.
