Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator. This is located at the Naval Research Laboratory, DC.
The responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Conduct Level-I through Level-III tier support for the Naval Research Laboratory customer
* Support desktop and server systems software, hardware, and network infrastructure
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows laptops, desktops, and servers
* Provide installation, assistance, and technical support on software products to include the Microsoft Office Suite and IE
* Provide server troubleshooting, account creation, and account management in a Windows Server 2003 environment
* Provide Microsoft Exchange support including Outlook Web Access
* Provide Windows security patching
* Troubleshoot DOD CAC authentication (PKI) log-in and server configuration (preferred, but not required)
