Birmingham Internal Medicine Associates (BIMA) and St. Vincent’s Health System are currently seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Practice candidate for a private practice setting at BIMA’s St. Vincent’s One Nineteen Health and Wellness practice in Hoover, Alabama. This upscale, suburban community is adjacent to the city of Birmingham.
BIMA also has offices at St. Vincent’s Birmingham, which was founded in 1898 by the Daughters of Charity as a ministry dedicated to spiritually centered, holistic care. The all-private room hospital is a 372-bed, acute care health ministry serving the seven-county Birmingham metropolitan area of more than 1.1 million people.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-respected and financially stable Internal Medicine group in an outpatient setting with malpractice insurance and full benefits; annual productivity incentive; Hospitalists inpatient coverage. This three-person group admits to the St. Vincent’s Hospitalist service and shares call resulting in a 1:8 rotation. Office and staff provided within the health center including patient billings.
