71021 - Human Resources Administrator Sr:  Under general direction, performs specialized and clerical support tasks for human resources related programs, policies and initiatives.  Assumes tasks that require previous knowledge of human resource principles, concepts and industry practices & standards.  Available for others as a resource in resolution of complex problems.  Work requirements may include completing reports, maintaining records/files, and account reconciliation. Gathers and prepares analysis on human resource policies, programs and practices. Researches and responds to inquires from management and personnel.  May train others.
