The designer will be responsible for providing functional design deliverables for CRM projects.
Major Responsibilities:
The Design Expert holds a key position with regards to complex design tasks (i.e complete application design, set of applications, etc.). The designer will be responsible for providing complete functional design deliverables for the development projects in CRM and integrations with the Ordering, Billing, or Amdocs Interactive divisions. * Lead large-scale system analysis and design tasks
* Perform complete functional analysis and design of systems/applictions behaviors. (business flows, application flows, screen layouts, logical and phyiscal data model, APIs)
* Perform functional analysis & design across the Customer Management division products.
* Take design ownership of application/functional areas and be the domain expert internally/externally.
* Provide readiness training to other cross-functional groups
