Goodrich is seeking candidates for a Principle Electrical Engineer with experience in Analog\Digital design for spacecraft and military ground based imaging systems.

Job responsibilities include managing systems requirements for payload electronics. Taking product ownership from concept to design\development, followed by build, test, and integration.
Basic Qualifications:  BS in Electrical Engineering required. MS in Electrical Engineering preferred.

20 years minimum experience required.

Applicants must demonstrate electro-optic design experience on FPA, CCD, and Photo-Detector based systems.

Knowledge in the following areas preferred: detector design, mechanical packaging, integrated dewar and cyro-cooler assemblies, FPA design and test, radiometric performance verification.

Digital hardware design experience shall include microcontroller, FPGA, data processing systems.

Past experience must include analytical performance prediction and worst case analysis for development of state of the art technology for the Aerospace and Defense Industry.

Strong Integrated Product Team leadership, customer, and interpersonal skills a must.
