Job Description:

Babson Capital is seeking a seasoned Information Services professional to lead our Real Estate Finance Systems team. This position is based in Springfield, MA and reports to CIO.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

In this role, the individual will have the following responsibilities:

* Establish, maintain and nurture relationships with Real Estate Business team
* Develop and execute pro active technology delivery strategy for Real Estate Finance Business unit
* Have a client delivery mind-set and own all Real Estate technology deliverables
* Manage a mix of short-term and strategic deliverables
* Demonstrate and build a culture of effective project execution
* Communicate pro-actively with Business at all levels
* Lead a team of highly driven technology professionals and be responsible for all resources required for execution/li>
* Be a part of IS leadership team, build partnerships and effectively collaborate with peers both within and outside IS/li>
* Look to outside for best practices and bring them inside for the benefit of the firm
