Associate Producer · Cambridge, MA
Harmonix is seeking an Associate Producer for our growing External Production team.
Associate Producers work with Producers to proactively manage and deliver AAA products, ensuring both title quality and timely delivery. APs assist the Producers in identifying critical constraints, potential bottlenecks, and risks in the delivery schedule.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience facilitating communicating between internal & external teams, managing relationships with external partners, and tracking the progress of external production teams.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience in the production of console or PC games.
* Familiarity with all aspects of video game development
* Ability to identify ramifications of decisions made during the concept/pre-production phase.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and to raise production flags if and when necessary.
* Experience working in a diverse team.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects on different SKUs with short timelines.
