Senior Product Manager - Medical Devices · Minneapolis, MN
We have been engaged by our client to recruit their Senior Product Manager. Our client is a leading medical device manufacturer. This upstream marketing role will be responsible for defining priorities for the development of new products and working with internal cross-functional teams. Medical device marketing experience is critical for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, clinical, regulatory and product marketing on new product development initiatives.
- Create and execute market research plans to understand customer needs.
- Define global product concepts and marketing specifications based on customer needs, assess and quantify business impact and create initial marketing segmentation and positioning.
- Work with clinical and product teams to develop robust clinical plans to support product approvals and marketing claims.
- Contribute to development and execution of franchise plans.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of medical device product marketing experience.
- BA BS degree required. MBA strongly preferred.
- Cross functional project leadership skills.
