1. Responsible for HR recruiting, training/development, compensation/benefits and functional HR operations to include one or more departments, and to achieve annual/strategic goals & objectives.
Manages by prioritizing & allocating department staff resources in support of goals & objectives.

2. Directs and coordinates activities of department/function/group managers and staff. Includes interviewing, hiring, performance evaluation, incentive plans/bonus awards, promotions, and counseling of staff.
