Overview:
The Finance Lead leads a business process team consisting of business experts, informatics experts and consultant(s) responsible for the Finance functional area. Primary responsibility is to ensure that the assigned team delivers a solid business design of harmonized processes and deployment plans within the applicable functional area in accordance with best practice standards. The incumbent also ensures that the systems, services, and programs within his/her functional area meet Ascension Health's specifications and quality and service standards and that Project Symphony's functional area initiatives meet all local, state, and federal statutory and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
The Finance Lead leads the business process design, advocates process improvements driven by business value, and obtains support from Stakeholders. This associate will actively advocate best practice process adoption, suggest ways to strategically improve enterprise operations and ensure strong governance relative to business process harmonization and complies with project methodology and associated procedures.
