Harmonix is seeking an experienced Senior Producer for a large, internally-developed project.
We are looking for a creative, flexible, and resourceful project driver who will understand the vision for the game and distill it into a sensible, prioritized schedule, ensuring both title quality and timely delivery.
The Senior Producer will work across disciplines to set priorities for the team, track the scheduling of the project, identify critical restraints, potential bottlenecks and risks in the delivery schedule, and troubleshoot communication and dependency problems.
This position requires a passion for Harmonix’s genre-changing style of music and rhythm games.
Our ideal candidate will:
* Develop effective staffing plans and project schedules, both internally and with external partners
* Manage the execution of the game development process by identifying and resolving conflicts between schedule, budget, and design goals
* Recommend and implement new processes where efficiencies are needed to improve on-time or on-budget delivery
* Foster and promote healthy cross-discipline communication
* Manage, mentor, and inspire the production management team
