We have an immediate need for a IMS Physical DBA (WORKING REMOTE)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role is IMS Physical DBA (Database Administratot) Production systems
Knowledgeable in the basic MVS skills: TSO, ISPF, JCL, SDSF, SAR
5+ years of experience supporting IMS databases in a production environment, with the following specific skills:
- DBRC
- BMC utilities to maintain, backup and recover IMS Databases
- Shrink product for IMS Database database compression
- Maintaining HALDB databases (in addition to Hidam, Hdam, Hisam, and Shisam databases) and logical relationship.
PLEASE NOTE: MUST work remotely from home. This is a 12 month++ W2 contract position.
