Investigates, determines liability, confirms coverage, establishes damages, and negotiates settlement of claims.  Will also be required to maintain an active adjusters license in states where required.

Position Requirements

Conducts investigation on assigned cases including complex coverage issues determines liability, identifies subrogation rights, establishes damages, prepares cases for arbitration, reports status, attends settlement conferences as directed, and negotiates settlements.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

Litigation experience preferred.

Commercial Liability experience highly preferred.
