Project Manger to lead the overall CRM product performance and non-functional testing
Major Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall responsibility over the product performance.
* Lead a team of three highly experience performance experts and work closely with a remote similar team in India.
* Conduct product scalability and performance benchmarks.
* Identify and help increasing and expanding the product scalability, performance, stability.
* Work closely and consult product management, development teams and customers on any products performance related plans, investments and support.
* Be part of the R&D management team leading cross R&D and product responsibilities.
