Must have:
- Proven track record of help desk process re-engineering
- Experience in process mapping
- Experience with help desk/call center applications
- Consulting experience with similar engagement(s) including the full range of help desk activities, including issue capture, tracking escalation procedures, effective client communication and reporting, development of improvement roadmaps.
- Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Experience managing a help desk/call center organization
- Exposure to Infra software.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, ITIL constructs.
- Ability to bring best practice examples of components (such as client reporting)
