The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the implementation and administration of Burnham Institute for Medical Research’s (BIMR) policies and programs related to Benefits. In addition, the Generalist will be responsible for processing and entering all Human Resources and Payroll-related data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring the receipt of proper documents to support HR/Payroll transactions.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience with HRIS databases and benefit administration. Prior experience in a basic biomedical research environment is preferred. This position requires superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude.
