The IT department at Harmonix is currently seeking a Senior Desktop Support Tech who can efficiently solve a wide range of technical problems.

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong desire to work in a customer-focused team
* Minimum three years experience working as part of a desktop support team for a mid- to large-size company
* Familiarity with various software distribution software and imaging solutions
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues
* Experience working with Windows XP and Mac OSX in a Windows network
* Prior experience working with a help desk ticket tracking system
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Prior experience as a technical support team lead a plus
