The Senior Sourcing Specialist (SSS) is a sourcing professional, analyst, and supplier relationship support.  The SSS is accountable for a spend activities across the enterprise for Real Estate & Facility Management.  The SSS works in a collaborative manner to provide sourcing strategy leadership and expertise in category sourcing and supplier initiatives with major organizational impact. Working across the entire enterprise, the SSS must support the meeting of business objectives in a high profile, rapidly evolving, and sometimes ambiguous and competitive environment.
Responsibilities
* As directed by the Category Manager (CM), support and facilitate all facets of the Real Estate & Facility Management category of spend activities between division business units and their suppliers.
* Initiates and drives the RFP process across the entire organization.
* Locate, analyze, and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future category needs.
* Maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvement.
