Description
ARAMARK Healthcare is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Patient Services Manager at an acute care hospital located in the Bronx.
As a Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of patient food service operation. This position assists the Food Service Director in establishing and maintaining systems and procedures for the preparing and serving of patient food, therapeutic diets and related products, as well as menu planning and development. The Patient Services Manager ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met. Coordinates and supervises unit personnel regarding all aspects of patient services, including diet office, trayline, performance improvement and cost control as well as labor scheduling, staffing and employee training.
