Position Overview:
The Regional Customer Service Manager (RCSM) oversees daily operations impacting customer relations and services. The RCSM continuously motivates, trains, coaches, and inspires the Customer Service Team resulting in the very best possible customer experience. The RCSM and team follow the One-Call Resolution process whenever possible. The RCSM will project a professional service attitude while instilling an eagerness to serve all customers. The RCSM will enforce 100% customer call-backs bringing accountability to operations to ensure outstanding customer experiences and maintain a continuous focus on satisfaction and retention.
Essential Functions:
