Responsible for the management and support of racked servers in the Credit Union’s datacenters as well as remote servers and printers in our branches and operation centers. Also responsible for management of problems escalated from our tier 2 help desk. Duties include remote server support and administration including firmware, UPS, printer and out-of-band management cards; troubleshoot all monitored servers to resolve issues in a timely fashion; test and recommend new hardware and evaluate new operating systems and software; manage problems escalated from tier 2; ensure security of all managed devices to an audit ready level at all times; perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Require Bachelor's degree or higher and minimum five years of previous system administration experience. Must complete the Credit Union's basic Module Program within 24 months of hire date as a condition of employment. Communication and organizational skills are essential.
