The Maintenance Facilitator leads team members in support of manufacturing
processes.
Essential Duties Include:
Support manufacturing departments by identifying and actioning routine
maintenance problems. Define problems and interface with necessary departments
to ensure resolution. Follow up to guarantee that problem has been corrected to
the satisfaction of all concerned.
Maintain all required contacts to keep abreast of developments in methods,
equipment, and other fields of possible value to the company. Investigates items
of potential useful application to Company operation and makes recommendations
regarding adoption.
Participate in department cost savings programs and value analysis projects as
directed.
Assist in identification, selection of capital equipment installation.
Coordinate with all interfacing departments to ensure a timely installation.
Assist in coordinating and implementing ISO9001 standards within the maintenance
of all appropriate machines at JLG.
Coordinate and implement major machine repairs to minimize machine down time.
Monitor equipment conditions and performance to coordinate proactive repairs.
