An Appraisal Operations Supervisor is responsible managing a team of appraisal operations personnel, workflow processes, interdepartmental relationships vendor fees and performance tracking.  Additionally, supervisors are responsible for training new employees and training employees on new client requirements. An Appraisal Operations Supervisor is also responsible for providing support and direction to his/her staff including employee development and training.

1.Manage an appraisal operations team that coordinates the completion of outstanding appraisal orders.
2.Monitor reports to insure the timely completion and delivery of appraisal reports.
3.Recommend corrective action to resolve product delays.
4.Counsel employees to ensure compliance with company standards.
5.Make staffing decisions and recommendations utilizing reports.
6.Train and develop appraisal operations team knowledge of appraisal guidelines.
7.Maintain standard performance levels.
8.Analyze vendor fees in each state.

Position Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience managing a team of 8 -10 employees.
