This position will be focused on production support collaborating with the users to troubleshoot issues and provide enhancements to the system as needed.
Skills Required skill set
• Strong technical skills in People Tools 8.46 including Application Designer, Peoplecode, Application Engine, Data Mover, PS Query, Component Interface, Process Scheduler and Application messaging.
• Strong Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft HCM modules
• Thorough understanding and excellent troubleshooting skills technically in HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, compensation and CRM modules
• Thorough understanding of the e-Applications like employee self service(eBenefits), manager self service(Manager Dekstop) applications
• Strong skills in SQL and SQRs
• Minimal Unix shell scripting
• Strong knowledge in system administration including Peoplesoft Internet Architecture, Application Server and Web server configuration
• Good communication skills, a team player, motivated
• Peoplesoft CRM application knowledge is a plus
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Adherence to follow the process of change management within team.
