This position will report to the IT Platform Owner and be responsible for leading Progressive Commercial Auto IT's 3 Resource Managers, 2 Service Managers and overseeing the Offshore engagement with Covansys. The PCA teams are based in Colorado and Cleveland.

Expectations/Core Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Understanding the Progressive Commercial Auto business and customers.
- Partnering with the Progressive Commercial Auto business teams to develop and implement IT solutions in support of business goals.
- Coordination with external platforms for resource allocations within the prioritization process.
- Assisting the Platform Owners with Platform Sponsorship and portfolio oversight.
- Providing guidance to the Platform Domain Architect with respect to strategic roadmaps.
- Working with and across IT teams to ensure delivery of the top projects.
- Developing and leading direct reports, and maintaining solid working relationships with business teams and peer managers to accomplish Progressive Commercial Auto's objectives.
