My client is seeking a Construction Associate for is New Jersey office.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in construction litigation, handling both plaintiff and defense matters. Candidates must have experience in motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and preparing and reviewing expert reports. Any experience in construction transactional law, including contract review, preparation of bid packages, procurement and/or project management, will be considered a plus. A technical background would be helpful.
Position offers the chance to join an expanding practice area and the opportunity for immediate front line experience.
