Act as a key driver in the development, configuration and modification of onsite content on all Bose website applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional staff (designers, writers, business managers, project managers, content management system and e-Commerce system programmers) to implement a variety of web content solutions. Translate business and creative requirements into functional requirements to enable efficient development of web content solutions.

Become knowledgeable in all aspects of the eCommerce system, its’ infrastructure and the systems integration involved in its design.

Set and enforce new coding standards for XHTML, CSS and JavaScript by collaborating with technical and content functions.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce excellent markup (xhtml, XSL, XSLT, CSS) for use in JSP and HTML pages, as well as markup to be used in the implementation of Content Management System (CMS) presentation templates. Create new, and modify existing, JavaScript as needed to meet business requirements.
